Study-data controls

How study data is handled.

The first conversation needs only your organization and use case. Do not send a respondent list, confidential questionnaire, or respondent records by website or ordinary email.

Current operating position: respondent files are accepted only after the campaign-specific controls below are documented in writing.

The study rules come first.

01

Purpose and list authority

We document the study purpose, the client's authority to use the adult contact list, the market, and the permitted calling window.

02

Minimum necessary fields

We agree the fields required for dialing and output. Extra respondent information is excluded from the working file.

03

Call and capture settings

The exact script, automation disclosure, stop behavior, questionnaire, recording decision, transcript setting, and acceptance criteria are approved before launch.

04

Access and transfer

The parties name the service providers, permitted users, file-transfer channel and protection controls, results-delivery route, retention and deletion dates, and incident contact for that campaign.

One disclosed call. One auditable row.

Each call identifies Sawtak Insights and truthfully states that the survey call is automated. The agreed stop behavior applies throughout the call.

Each attempt produces a disposition row. Completed interviews add only the agreed structured answers and permitted call metadata.

Results are treated as study data and delivered only through the campaign-specific route agreed with the buyer.

What this page does—and does not—promise.

What Sawtak commits to

  • No sale or resale of respondent contact lists.
  • No respondent file requested during initial qualification.
  • Campaign-specific controls agreed before respondent dialing.
  • Only the agreed study data returned to permitted recipients.

What is not claimed

  • No blanket legal-compliance claim across every market.
  • No unverified promise about data residency, certification, encryption, or a standard retention period.
  • No implication that the website or ordinary email is a respondent-file transfer channel.
  • No fieldwork until the actual provider chain and controls are confirmed for the study.

Send the organization and use case.

We can qualify fit first, then document the data route only if the study proceeds.
