Voice research, ready for fieldwork

Phone surveys that arrive as structured data.

Sawtak Insights runs AI-assisted phone surveys for research agencies and CX teams—using your questionnaire and your authorized respondent list.

  • Disclosure and permission gate
  • Call dispositions
  • Structured answers
01

Send the brief

Share the questionnaire, target market, language, and authorized contact list.

02

Approve the call

Review the voice, disclosure, routing, and exact definition of a validated complete.

03

Receive the data

Get respondent-level dispositions, structured answers, and auditable call metadata.

Audit the calls and the rows.

The pilot is designed as a fieldwork evaluation, not a polished black box. Your team agrees the required answers and routing rules, then reviews the dispositions and structured output against permitted call samples.

250 validated completes

US$4 per client-accepted, validated complete = US$1,000 before applicable tax, for one standard short-survey scope.

  • Unanswered, failed, and partial calls are not billed as completes.
  • The completion definition and audit method are agreed before launch.
  • Final scope depends on market, language, interview length, and list quality.

No list, no dialing.

Sawtak does not sell contact lists or promise a response rate. Each campaign requires a defined purpose, client authorization, market-specific controls, an approved call flow, and a calibration call before respondent dialing.

Is the pilot 100 completed surveys?

No. It is capped at 100 outbound attempts so you can observe the real answer, refusal, partial, and completion funnel.

Can you support our language?

English and Arabic demo flows are configured. Every language and destination still receives its own voice, transcript, extraction, disclosure, and caller-ID calibration.

Is this universally compliant?

No service can make that blanket claim. We document the market, purpose, list basis, calling window, disclosure, opt-out behavior, recording decision, and provider before launch.

Can we keep our own reporting?

Yes. Sawtak is a collection layer. The output is a respondent-level spreadsheet your researchers can audit and import into their existing workflow.

How is respondent data handled?

Before launch, the scope records permitted data fields, access, recording, retention, and deletion instructions. Sawtak does not supply or resell contact lists.
